The waiter/owner was very enthusiastic and the kitchen was very busy with takeaways. We ordered a Peking duck for a starter and 3 mains with rice. Annoyingly, it all came at once. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. My beef in oyster sauce was the best I’ve ever had. There was so much duck that we couldn’t finish it even though we tried. The chicken satay was great and the garlic prawns were perfectly cooked. Don’t get put off by the tired decor. It’s a good restaurant.
We wanted a change from Tapas and paella so we chose Restaurante Chino Hong Kong and we were not disappointed. For 6.75 euros we got an entire meal including dessert and a drink. The food was made fresh and the service was excellent. Would definitely return to this restaurant and recommend to anyone wanting a change from Spanish food.
