Sol Food Market - El Prado

We arrived a bit too late for a sit-down lunch, but anything that doesn't need to be grilled is available for takeout after 3 PM. The salad I ordered was both delicious and healthy.

Ana is incredibly talented, charming, and kind. She crafted the most exquisite 3-tier artisanal wedding cake adorned with dried edible flowers for our special day. I've never tasted a wedding cake as delicious as hers, and our guests couldn’t stop praising it. I highly recommend this business!

Our girls' shopping day always features lunch at Sol Food Market! The lattes are fantastic, and the fresh lunch menu consistently impresses. We love sitting outside on the patio to enjoy our meal—it’s simply delightful!

I was glad the restaurant was open, and the food was tasty. However, it took over 45 minutes for our two sandwiches to arrive, despite there being very few other customers. To make matters worse, one of the sandwiches was extremely sparse. I didn’t feel right sending it back since we were already hungry and had waited so long for our food. In hindsight, I would have preferred to grab something from the cooler at the market or go to another place in town. The café is cute, but paying $11 for a sandwich that was so meager I wouldn't even have served it to a family member—for free—combined with the long wait time, makes this a place I’d recommend skipping unless you truly have no other options.

What a fantastic discovery! We arrived for breakfast with six adults and three kids, and we were warmly welcomed and seated promptly. We ordered a variety of coffee drinks, all of which were delicious! The menu was impressive—very unique and distinctive! Although our food took a little longer to arrive than we anticipated, it was absolutely delicious and well worth the wait!
