Whataburger - El Paso

I can always count on Whataburger to deliver fresh food every time. Although there might be a bit of a wait, the quality is definitely worth it. During my last visit, my mom had a small issue with her card, but the manager was extremely helpful and patient in resolving the issue without getting upset. The staff at Whataburger are always friendly and accommodating.

Alexa was fantastic! I don't usually write reviews, but Alexa's exceptional customer service made me feel so welcomed and left me wanting to return just to see her again.

Went with my son for lunch today. My son has a particular way he likes his hamburger which was requested. The employee taking our order, Alexa was very friendly and correctly took our order. Once the order was given to us we checked to make sure my son'sorder was accurate and unfortunately it was not. I walked back and Alexa was very kind, understanding, and apologetic. Shereturned less than 2 min later with the item correct and showed empathy and was just pleasant overall. Wonderful experience.

The restaurant was very busy, with about eight employees working together behind the main counter. The food was standard fast food, not very healthy or particularly good, but it's to be expected from fast food. There was a friendly and attentive redheaded waitress who went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. She had a great attitude and was as natural a redhead as you'll ever find.
