West Texas Chophouse - El Paso

I wasn’t even dat down for my reservation. No call was made to allow us to know that we were not going to be seated. We showed up to a full restaurant and were advised they wouldn’t be able to seat us even with a reservation made

We made the reservation but they couldn’t get us a table and said there was no food left. WTH

The restaurant had some service issues during our visit. There were no utensils provided at the start, and no bread offered either. When I requested utensils and napkins, the server brought just two forks and two napkins for our table of four. I had to ask for water twice. Additionally, there were no salt or pepper shakers on the table. The music was decent but maybe a bit too loud for my liking. On a positive note, the food was good, though it could have used some salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.

Food was great and service was great as well. I do recommend you come here. Mia was my server and she was excellent

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant. The service was outstanding, and the food was both delicious and satisfying. Upon arrival with our reservations, we were greeted and seated promptly.
