Got the sandwhich and 2 rib combo with potato salad. Sandwich was great, ribs were a little on the dry side and the potato salad was ok. Will give it a second try.

I absolutely love the baby back ribs! They really take it to the next level by putting them back on the grill to caramelize the sauce before serving. The brisket sandwiches are phenomenal as well!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The staff was very pleasant, and the food was delicious, including the pork, beef, pinto beans, and ribs. We celebrated my son's birthday, and it made the occasion even more special.

Walking in, it looked like a BBQ joint should. I loved the decor and the fun facts they have up. The food was... ok. I had pork and beef, my husband also had the chicken. Nothing was dry or over cooked and you could truly taste the meat, but that also meant there wasn't much of a smoked taste. The brisket's smoke ring wasn't very deep which may explain the lack of smoked flavor. I liked that they didn't have a ton of sauces and their sauce had good flavor. Chili was ok, but I expected more of a kick and less tomato flavor. I wasn't a huge fan of the potato or macaroni salad, but more because it was a different flavor profile than I prefer. The macaroni and potatoes were right on point in terms of how they were cooked and the dressing to ingredient ratio was spot on. All in all, I'll likely go back. Sometimes smoking can not go how you expected, so perhaps this was just an off day in their pit. The staff was super friendly and overall it was a great experience.

I was not impressed during my first visit to this restaurant but decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately, my experience did not improve. I ordered the two meat plates that came with brisket, chicken, macaroni salad, chili, and an extra hash. There were a few positive points. The hash was delicious and among the best I've had in years, although it could benefit from more potatoes for added texture. The chicken was quite moist, with juices flowing with each bite; however, it was lacking in flavor, which was disappointing. The brisket, on the other hand, was a complete disappointment. It had no bark, taste, or texture, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The macaroni salad was bland and unremarkable. As for the chili, it was the worst I've ever had; I would rather eat canned chili than what was served to me.
