Great food and excellent service. They had a dj playing outside in the patio and it had us dancing all night.

Had our class reunion last night. We had many people at the event. Shack hosts and staff were great. Food was delicious. Thank you.

We had an amazing time at Jefferson's 40th Class Reunion celebration on the patio last night! Joe, the manager and all the servers and staff were wonderful and made sure everything ran smoothly! The food and drinks were great, and the DJ had us dancing all night! If you're planning a big celebration, The Shack is ideal!

We waited for our chicken strips for 50 minutes and never did a manager come to check up on us. The young lady at the bar was constantly checking on our food but the manager seemed to be careless about the confusion happening in the kitchen. When I approached the manager to ask him to please cancel the order and to just Chek me out he grabbed my credit card and walked towards the cashier and cashed me out. He never went to the kitchen to check up on the food himself nor did he ask if there was something he could do to make the situation better, he didn't even apologized for the delay. He just sent the check back with the server and never saw him again. The place was maybe 60 full so it's not even like he had a full house. I'm not upset at the fact that the food was never delivered but more about the mediocrity and carelessness of the manager on duty.
