Taco Cabana - El Paso

Worst Taco Cabana. Order for CurbSide Pickup, only 2 spots are available, of which someone who has been parked and not in the vehicle. I tried to call the restaurant to let her know I'm here, no answer. They tried to go through the ride thru and they took 20 minutes to give me an order that should be ready. The employee on the thru drive window was so rude and rolled his eyes when I asked about my order. I couldn't even recognize that I say good morning or thank you.

First night on 20. December 20,2022 shortly before closing has a statement. Service was perfect. Cashier asked all the right questions. Order was perfect from our food to utensils to spices. On December 21st, at 6:00 p.m., we made another move. Female cashiers did everything wrong. Accepted order was correct due to the excellent service in the previous night we did not review our order. Have spicy chicken plate instead of chicken frogs, no guacamole, fried beans instead of black beans. 2nd fretting plate was right, but both did not get the tortillas. Chicken quesadillas did not get acidic cream guacamole. Black beans Burrito w/ rice was almost all onions tomatoes. We didn't get any utensils or contingencies. We have eaten several times throughout the years at this facility. That's the worst service we've ever had. Since we were just a few steps away from Marriott, I should have gone back, but I don't want to send a meal back.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! The evening (7:40) Manager A. Arrieta was very rude. Our order was 3 different times wrong, even after we let them know that this is not what we ordered during the same visit 3 different times. She has to visit a class in customer service. I also work and if I were to treat people like the service we got here, you don't need to say anymore. You could obviously say she doesn't care what kind of service is given!! So sad because we have been coming to this Taco Cabana for years and now NEVER AGAIN!! Don't come here! Also Taco Cabana, how to apply your tortilla soup small and large. Her big is small enough to feed a 5 years old. And all this for almost $70. RIDICULOUS!

Seems like I met the girl from all negative reviews. The ladder, Alejandra Arieta, was the worst. No customer support. Avoid this place, she was very helpful and seemed just abused to be there and took it to the customer. I couldn't even order without giving a snorkeling comment or an eye role. The girl that served the food was amazing, the shift manager wished was nice as she did. Management, keep the shift guide in the back away from customers.

Went in the drive thru yesterday for a bacon and egg burrito and the new xhurros but when I got to the window the guy making the food had no gloves and burrito was basically smushed into a ball. Should really focuse on getting good employees again its been a great place to eat till recently.
