Welcoming environment. The server Terry was very professional and helped me well. Not only him but the other servers working with him was on it. Food was great and it’s a vibe to just be hereFood: 5/5

Very discouraging and disappointed in the most recent visit today. I was here back in April and the experience was very good, which is the reason why I came back. Just came into town from a long road trip and believed that it would be like the previous time. Waiter was busy talking to the supervisor and not really caring about the client at the table. The place wasn't very busy, yet the waiter never came around to the table offer a refill or ask if the food was good. Being very hungry ate the food, however, really didn't enjoy it. Perhaps it was the quality of the service this day? Talked to the supervisor with the pink short hair, but it didn't seem like she cared about the feedback I provided. Didn't offer an apology nor a discount. This will be the last time I come around here.

Me and my riend order chicken pot. The chicken was rubbery and mushy after looking at the chicken it was undercooked. We told the waitress he said let me ask the chef. Came back said the Chef preferred a medium temperature it's not raw... The chef gets complains all the time about the chicken but it's not raw..No discount or offered of something else.... I won't come back here. Terrible if you want to get salmonella and diarrhea definitely go there.

I just want to start off saying that the service was actually pretty good. Nice sweet girl took care of us. Everything was going good, they even had one direction playing until our food came out. I ordered the steak brisket pho and tell me why my broth was sweet????? SWEET??? Noodles over cooked as well. Couldn’t finish my small bowl of soup because the flavors were not mixing well. The worse $60 spent in my life. I should’ve just gotten a mc chicken :

We come here often, today 05/08/2023 @4:40 pm. I walked in with my husband and son. The hostess (blonde skinny girl with no bra on) , who I am assuming is the hostess since she didn’t bother to greet us or acknowledge us, turned her back when we came in. The guy behind the bar counter is the one who greeted us and asked us how many. I said 4, again the “hostess” grabs menus and just walked away. Didn’t look at us, didn’t say anything at all. “I asked do we follow you?” she turned and looked at us and said yeah like I was d Then when she realized I got upset because clearly I didn’t come here to read anyone’s mind, she made a face, put the menus on the table and walked away again and say nothing. Not even, a server will be right with you. This is the first time we have been treated like this here and it’s sad how much this place has gone down. They never have what we order. They are always “out of it”. Sunny’s is our new go to place. Where a manager actually comes and checks on the table. George who was our server was amazing. He should find somewhere else to work. The three stars is because of him.
