Jv's Pizza - El Paso

When I inquired about my order, the staff member realized one of the pizzas was missing and informed me that I would have to wait because the pepperoni wasn't ready. I was frustrated and asked if they had given my pizza away, and she offered to get the manager. I simply wanted my pizzas, but I agreed to speak to the manager when she pressed me again. After a brief conversation with another staff member, the manager finally handed me my pizzas without so much as an apology. When I asked for a corporate contact number, she told me it was a family-owned business. That explained a lot. I walked away disappointed and vowed never to return, nor will my friends and family. I should have chosen the other family-owned restaurant further down the road.

I luv this place its good but they kinda take a long time to make the pizzas over all i luv it sm i go to it every time ?

New to the area, tried this place out and we all really enjoyed it. Was excited to see they have a calliflour option in case we have glue free friends over. Ordered online for pickup. I really like that you can order a specialty pizza with 1/2 one type and 1/2 another. Made for a fun pizza night with the family and gave us the variety we wanted without excess leftovers. For our family this is perfect and we will order regularly!

Ordered a late night pizza, but it was delivered with half the pizza folded and half cooked, the cheese wasn't dully melted, kinda sucked

Taste bad doesn't have seasoning very flat too much grease not recommended and high prices
