Ihop - El Paso

We came to this IHOP for breakfast with our toddler and had a great experience. Staff was friendly, we were seated promptly, and we were also asked if we wanted a highchair, which was brought to our table immediately. The food was delicious, hot, and brought out soon after we ordered.

Ants!!! there is ants in the bathroom when i went earlier to go use the bathroom and it was hot, humid and absolutely full of ants… i recommend not going here…

I went a Thursday at night and the entrance lobby smell like sewage, imagine going in and expect the smell of pancakes just to be hit by the smell of sewer. The floors were dirty and sticky. This location has a night menu and is very limited. There was only one server and there were 5 groups of 4+ people so the poor guy was running and he was difficult to reach.When he gave me my food he handed it to me instead of putting it in the table and the plate was hot. The server was not rude, but the quality of service was not good due to the circumstances. I saw other employees but they were doing dumb task honestly, like putting napkins or organizing spoons instead of cleaning or helping the front. Never going back to this location
