The service was excellent; it wasn't too busy, and our waiter was outstanding. They were quick and very polite, attending to all our needs.

I ordered steak tips and eggs, asking for the steak tips to be cooked medium rare. When my food arrived, the steak tips were overcooked and not hot at all. I also ordered the Breakfast Sampler, which came out cold. The pancake was barely warm enough to melt the butter. When they replaced the sampler, the pancakes were still hard and cold. Overall, I would give this experience 0 stars and cannot recommend this restaurant.

I decided to place an order but ultimately didn’t. The food was excellent, but I waited for 8 minutes without anyone attending to me, despite three workers being present. I observed one of them checking if the others had come to help me, and when they confirmed they hadn’t, I still received no assistance. The young lady who eventually approached me had a polite but rushed demeanor, which left me feeling unwelcome. Because of this experience, I won't be visiting IHOP for a while. Even if I sit down in the restaurant, if I’m not greeted or invited to place an order, I can find another place that values my business.
