I loved the young lady with glasses that helped me today. She had the sweetest, kind demeanor and was really helpful explaining my choices. I had a particularly stressful day and she just made it better with her kindness.

One of the best customer service I've experienced. The lady was so friendly and thoughtful. Cinnamon roll was absolutely scrumptious. They give you more than enough frosting so I was able to enjoy every bite up to the last!

I was watching reruns of Shark Tank and googled this place. Me and my mom were going to be in El Paso and stopped in. We were treated like royalty by Carla. The cinnamon roll creations were beautiful and sooooo yummy!!! We've found a fave spot. Highly recommend.

Decided to try on a whim while visiting El Paso. Definitely did not disappoint!! I ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake Roll ? I can only describe it as heavenly ? ? ?

On November 20th, my son and I were outside of the restaurant, contemplating placing an order to try for the first time. However, our experience was unpleasant as we observed three teenagers working at the restaurant. Even my teenage son was taken aback and questioned if they had food handling certificates. Two of the boys, one with blonde hair and the other with orange hair, were seen trying to remove something from a girl's hair by digging through it. Additionally, a girl with black hair was observed picking her nose. As customers began to enter the restaurant, we noticed that no one washed their hands or used gloves. The girl with black hair continued to touch her nose while assisting customers. Although we did not take any pictures or videos out of respect for people's privacy, we hope that the manager addresses these hygiene concerns with the staff.
