Chipotle Mexican Grill - El Paso

This was the worse experience I have ever had. It's absolutely ridiculous. I wanted quesadillas but you have to order online They FORCE you to order through a robot because I guess they can't spend the time to train people to take an order over the phone. I DO NOT want to talk to a robot Attempted 3 times because the computer was messing up my order Go figure that! It is terrible that you no longer have a choice in the matter They force you to talk to a robot So I guess that could be good for other businesses because then you should need less people THEN WHY ARENT THE PRICES cheaper ???? Most terrible experience I highly suggest YOU go else where and support a business that allows you to order how you want ! The person that greeted me was nice But still ridiculous that you can call and place the order with a person

I ordered a salad, probably the worst mistake of my life. The carnitas tasted like dog food, there was a mixture of water and too much sauce from the rice.

Food was good as usual across locations. Staff were pleasant and courtesy. Only issues were full trash cans .

Rude incompetent workers refused to make my food the way I asked which was just add rice to the quesadilla and they straight up refused said it's against policy I worked at chipotle not even a year ago they lied blatantly to my face the workers need to be better customer service
