Because of the mistake, I was able to choose another item without having to pay for the original order. The staff were all very pleasant and overall it was a better experience than any other Burger King I've been to.
Whenever I visit this restaurant's drive-through, I consistently experience delays as only one person is assisted at a time before I am able to order. I then have to move forward after paying for my food and wait again. It seems like they prioritize speeding up their drive-through times to appear efficient, but it is not a great experience for the customer.
I have to question if this is a common practice in El Paso. Why do so many fast food chains park every single car that goes through the drive-thru? There are never any cars behind me, yet I always end up being parked every time I come here. The food is delicious, but it bothers me that I have to wait for 20 minutes when all I ordered was a.tip.
Bad customer service in management I am not sure how a business will allow employees to be rude and ask customers when they order unpolitic I hope that the manager mike go from some employees especially the two that work tonight brings great service Your customers back with loyalty bad customer service loses customers. First time here, after our mountain hike. Nice and clean. We were the only ones inside. The food was hot, I was able to get a Fish sandwich at 9:30 am, with coffee,nice. Service with a smile, excellent.Food: 5/5
