Applebee's Grill - El Paso

We had a good time, our waiter hunter was wonderful, pleasant and very attentive. many thanks hunter for the time to applebee is a good evening.5 kudos to them. her service is very short nowadays, well deserved.

To many old drunks at Applebee's hitting on customers had the manager called because of a drunk arguing almost a fight and he didn't even notice what was going on.Bartender went outside to argue with drunk for about 10 mins till manager went out to get her..she had drinks backed up can't believe she didn't know he was drunk and passed his limit of drinks.. waitress no where to be seen.. ? oops she was in the back washing silverware!!! And half of waitress in the back on there phone's Really where's the dishwashers?? Where's the Manager??

Ordered 2 entree specifically said no pork. Went ahead to pay for it and picked up when i get some see pork in my food???.

Wanted to have dinner yesterday. Sat at the bar and wait. Bartender seemed to busy talking with other customers. Didn’t pay no attention to us after 7 mins. Still took long to get my food. Had way better service this this. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. SHE SUCKED!

Our waiter was good but my daughter ordered an orange juice. We were sitting by the bar so I could see the server ask the bartender for it and she ignored him. He asked her several times for it and each time she acted like he didn't exist. Finally when my mother had enough she got up and asked for the orange juice. The bar tender said sorry my fault The they really pushed to have us pay online and it wasn't working but they kept pushing to have us pay online. She not a great dine in experience.
