I asked them for a couple thin slices tomato on the burrito and they said pretty much under their breath that they wanted extra money. Ridiculous people and not even a smile. They need to learn about customer service otherwise it wasn’t terrible food. They barely put any meat for the price they charge, so for that reason and the attitude of the employees I wouldn’t ever go back or recommend.
I'm only giving Pukka 3 stars because it's advertised as a reggae bar, with some photos of B. Marley on the walls but were playing Ed Sheeran most of the time. We didn't eat as the menu didn't jump out at us, so we had drinks instead. The place does have a good vibe, people seemed to be enjoying themselves. We must have went before it started getting busy though. It looks like a place were people go get drunk and dance, with some friendly bouncers greeting us as we entered. Happy hour is brilliant, obviously. Look at the size of those drinks!
Had dinner with friends here few weeks ago during our vacation. The locals recommended this place. We love the chill and relaxing vibe. Unlike what I read from other reviews here at Google, the staff are warm and friendly to us. We loved the food especially the fish and chips. They also have a live band playing reggae music (started playing around 8 pm). A good place to hang out with friends. Price point is okay compared to other restaurants in the area with same food quality and ambiance.
Very nice place to meet new friends! Palawan is one of the top tourist spot in the Philippines. So once you visit this place, expect you will meet different races. With the DJ playing upbeat music, you'll definitely enjoy the night and break free
Okay, I am forced to write about my experience because of the rudeness of the owner who cannot take criticism. I had the privilege to visit this bar during my stay in El Nido for 2 days. The music here was really amazing and didn 't force me to almost cut my ears off!! All I needed was some beer and red wine to enjoy this moment and that was really easy to get to without getting stamped on or shoved around by some nice people(with two working eyes . And of course, when i finally reached the bartender, i was pleased to know that they don 't have any beer or red wine, After this, i decided to sit near the beach outside and enjoy the atmosphere. But this was cut short when a delightful stranger found it necessary to give me some drunk advice about enjoying my life.. just like the owner 's reply. And that was it... I wasn 't able to take in so much enjoyment and had to leave this esteemed bar with nothing but happy memories!! Would love to visit again!!
