Baskin Robbins - El Monte

The store was nice and clean with a somewhat good selection of cakes, ice cream pizzas, and ice cream. The man who helped me at the cash register was... I don 't even have the words to describe how I feel. He was yelling at me the whole time. I wanted to select a small cake or ice cream pizza and just want to have a small number written on the corner or maybe a sign to stick on my treat. He assumed it was a birthday and gave me a small sign. I told him it wasn 't a birthday, is there anything else he can do, he just raised his hands and shoulders like there 's nothing he can do, (I understand the ice cream pizza has toppings and the smallest cake has no space) I kindly suggested if he could work with me and just write a small number on the cookie or something. He didn 't even get to listen to my suggestion, the whole time he was yelling that he can 't do it, it 's impossible, it 's lumpy, it 's too small. I was so tired of his yelling I just told myself to forget it, and I waited for him to ring me up. I asked if there was apple pay and he grunted. I took that as a yes. I had to pull up the app on my phone and it took a while, (please note there was no one in the shop so I didn 't hold up the line). He started yelling at me again asking me how come I don 't know how to use apple pay... This isn 't even the icing on the cake.... I had an itch on my arm and it turns out it was a loose hair so I dust it off on my arm, the nice man yelled even louder telling me WHY ARE YOU THROWING HAIR IN MY STORE, YOU CAN 'T DO THAT IN MY STORE, DON 'T THROW HAIR IN MY STORE. I am so offended, should I be shaving off my head before entering? Should I send my robot made out of metal to purchase my dessert? I did not enjoy my experience at this Baskin Robbins. People with hair: beware!

I ordered a cake through the BR App for a elegant rose cake. The next day I pick it up and I checked the cake and it?s a completely different cake. So I talk to the owner who is a small Old Mexican man that was very rude and immature and had the nerve to put the receipt in my face saying that I had paid for that and wouldn?t let me explain the issue. I of course get very upset and we start arguing and show him the email with the picture of the cake that I ordered and then all of a sudden he kept apologizing to me. He didn?t let me explain myself and kept putting the receipt in my face. There was a girl in the back listening and apologized and said for me to come back in a hour to pick up the cake. Then it was fixed. It?s not the first encounter with this same old man that has been very rude and disrespectful to customers.

Late night ice cream run, always delicious and great place to have dessert. Prices are kinda on the high side but the quality and selection are top notch. We'll be back

I had 3 coupons that I showed them first, then they made the sundaes but when it was time to pay, the Male manager said they don't take those coupons! I was so upset I just left the sundaes

This place blows, I ordered 2 complete sundaes and when I received them they were properly contained so that the delivery driver couldn't touch them. All I received was 2 bowls of ice cream . No whip cream, no hot fudge. So cheap, no pride in their product. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.
