Horrible experience, waited there for my food over an hour. Customer service was beyond bad. Never eating here again.

I went to this restaurant for the first time with my friends about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday night, with very high expectations. However, I was completely disappointed. We had to wait a long time for a table, even though there were clearly seats available. After being seated, we waited 40-45 minutes for our appetizers to arrive. Just as they came out, we saw another group walk in and get seated within 5 minutes. They received excellent service and were served their appetizers and main courses within 15 minutes of being seated. After an hour had passed, we were told we could only get our food to go, but eventually received our main course after waiting another 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the food tasted awful and was way overpriced, at over $90 for the terrible service received. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, and I have been to many restaurants. I have never felt compelled to write a review before, but this experience was so bad that I had to share in the hopes that others do not have to go through the same. It almost felt like my friends and I were discriminated against, as the only other customers in the restaurant seemed to be Asian. Overall, I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are much better places to spend $90.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I don’t know why this place has a high rating. This place is so overpriced with terrible food and customer service. I waited 30 minutes or more just for appetizers when it wasn’t busy, a person got seated after me and still got their food within 10-15 minutes. I told them that I had a family emergency and had to leave so I will just pay for what I had. They told me I couldn’t cancel the order and that I had to take it for takeout and it would just take 5 more minutes for my food. I ended up standing there for another 15-20 minutes just for my food that tasted horrible not even fully cooked $90 for food that just went to waste with such a rude staff. Don’t waste your time and money here it’s not worth it.
