Food City Store - El Mirage

On my first visit to Food City, I was amazed by the variety of marinated meats, cheeses, and sweet paprika treats. The roasted pasilla peppers were absolutely divine! Additionally, I received a recipe for roasted nopales (cactus paddles) from a fellow customer who was carefully selecting some from the store.

Highlights include the beautifully presented products offered at great prices, and the meat selection is much more diverse than what you find in chain stores. We also discovered items that were hard to find in other markets. If you enjoy cooking Mexican meals, this store has just about everything you need. We’ll definitely return for both their products and meat offerings!

I've visited this place before, and it's amazing. The produce section and selection of meats are all FRESH, FRESH, FRESH. They offer the perfect blend of conventional American grocery items and Hispanic ingredients, making it easy to prepare dishes from various cultures. The store is spotless and you can really feel the love that goes into it. The bakery is outstanding, with a wide array of delicious treats! The customer service and the way employees treat you are excellent. You’ve earned a lifelong customer in me!

While not a supermarket on a grand scale, it is definitely a SUPER market. I can find ingredients and products that are simply not worn in other shops. Your meat market is also amazing quality. I don't know exactly what they do in their marinade for Carne Asada, but it's pretty addictive. Their prices are very reasonable and very often best their competitors. To the reviews regarding cleanliness. I always found it clean, just show it age. There is a difference between cleanliness and wear. They also complain about costs... I don't see it. Their prices are either equal or beat any competition they have. And Food Stamp People???? You lost the respect for the review. God forbid you ever been in a financial situation committed to seeking help. The whole toxic tone of this review cries of a legitimate and elite attitude which is not desired in a true civilized society.

Food City is excellent they have the best marinated chicken and their produce is super inexpensive they also have great deals on lunch meat in their deli also the sour cream and the requeso cheese is most excellent. You can ask for marinade to add to any meat that you buy from them and their meat counter is great they have very inexpensive meat packs. Also if you didn't know food City is owned by bashas I believe so you'll see a lot of the same things in bashes that you see at food City. Food city has an excellent arrangement of Hispanic food it reminds me of when I lived in San Diego you can't get food like this in any other grocery store if you love the flavor of Mexican food hit up a food City near you you won't be sorry also some of them cook chicken and green chilies on Sundays and Saturdays I believe on a grill out in front of the store super cool.
