Parada La Palma - El Limon

Despite the comments, I think people talk for the sake of talking, without a doubt one of the places with the most humble and friendly people in all of Samaná. Our guide Wilton Ramírez, a spectacular guy, guided us and showed us the place in an intimate way. During the tour we were able to see first-hand the reality of his town, he guided us along a path that shortened the path quite a bit and we arrived at the waterfall when there was still no one there. The price seemed super reasonable to me considering that it is to be shared between him and the owner of the stop, we also had a beer at the end of the day at the La Palma stop and I did not hesitate to invite the owner and my guide, I felt like At home, I recommend them with my eyes closed, since as in all of Samaná I could feel their human quality. Do not enter the waterfall hike from here! They charge you for everything and it's an unofficial road.

Very muddy way to the waterfall, better use horses. Worth to see!

For a small fee we were able to leave our bags at the restaurant so we could hike to the waterfall. It saved us a lot of travel time! And we came back to the coldest beer ever!
