Tasty, Good-looking Food at High Price Point. We first went into Selland's a few weeks back on a Saturday but didn't stay as the place was packed and people w/o food were holding tables while others in their party were ordering. If they remain busy they better address this as we were not the only people who left. Last weekend my wife and I dropped in to order food to go. We had a great brisket of beef but at $15 (medium size), the portion size was disappointing. Their Curry Chicken Salad was absolutely top-notch, the best I've had. Yes, I've been in the East Sacramento location on occasion, but I never bought anything and sat down to eat it. Excellent lunch and dessert selection family-friendly clean superb atmosphere with delicious menu points and the wine is also great.

Most foods are pretty good, but something must be done about the tuna sandwich! for $13 (with zero sides) they would expect to use high-quality solid white tuna. but they use lower quality chunk light thunfish, its fishy and not at all very good! time to increase it, sellands, and use them better ingredients. the prices they calculate are for high quality products, so please stop jumping!
