Paisa High Mountain Coffee

Very good coffee of specialty, we did not think of finding this in a small tourist village. The place is very pleasant, with a decoration of very good taste and theme centered on the coffee plant, which is very interesting. The attention was regular/good until the commissioner attended us, a very nice Colombian girl who further improved the experience. The only critical commentary would be to the 'chocolate of my abue', which felt quite watered, spices were appreciated but not much chocolate. The flat white, on the other hand, very good.

The best coffee in El Chalten, no doubt. True coffee of specialty (there is someone else who is advertised as such and is not). As for food arepas are fantastic (I recommend dl3 and cheese lover). Apple pie is the richest I've ever eaten. The lemon foot also outstanding, very balanced the acidity of the cream with the sweet of the Italian merengue. Attempts when choosing coffee because it differs a bit from other places the proportion of espresso/leche (e.g. Capuccino is more like a traditional white flat). They always treated us with a lot of kindness and warmth. Super recommended for anyone who likes good coffee. Best coffee place in El Chalten, without a doubt. True speciality coffee (there's some other places that announce themselves as speciality coffee and they're not). Regarding the food, the arepas are fantastic (I would recommend the DL3 and the cheese lover). The apple pie is one of the best I've ever had. The lemon foot is excellent as well, very balanced sourness and sweetness. You should check the type of coffee you want before ordering, because the proportions between espresso and milk differ from other coffee shops (e.g. the Capuccino is closer to a flat white). The personnel is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended place for everyone looking for quality coffee.

The coffee I asked for was very strong. Very rich sweet things. The place is clean, few tables like all the gastronomic places of El Chalten. Attention is not entirely good, they do not accept pre-travel. It has very good connection to wifi
