Starbucks - El Centro

The lines are long, but not because of the staff. they quickly, efficiently and helpful and made sure that I could redeem my stars!

The staff was pleasant, but our two coffees were 1/2 full. it was not impressed to pay for a big one and to make yourself big.

I enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The dishes were delicious. However, the location was nothing special. In terms of service, the staff here could use some improvement. It didn't feel like they were practicing good customer service. Some of the employees seemed like they were not happy with their jobs. They were distracted and the wait for orders was too long. The only positive aspect was the decor of the restaurant.

The service and food were both excellent, with exceptional customer service provided by my server, Ivan Sandoval.
