She greeted everyone with a big smile and a heartfelt welcome. She made our stop a great one. I will definitely be returning as long as sheis there to greet me. If you haven't stopped by and meet her in person in the morning. I would suggest you do. Great personalitywith a welcoming spirit.
We drove to drive thru at 10:30 an on 10-30 out of biscuits on #24 and we got 3 number 23s. Got out order 30 minutes later. Got went on and found no butter or syrup or forks or napkins. Was never asked if we needed. Sausage over cooked. Horribleexperience will not be going back. The people I was with said it is this way several times they go there. Unexceptional.
So I went to Whataburger this morning and ordered a number two a tequila bacon and a taquita sausage left with my food got to my destination looked in my bag and all I had was a burger so I had to turn around come all the way back wait in line inside thestore for 37 minutes before they even started to cook my two taquitos and they had the order wrong by giving me just the burgerinstead of the meal and had the nerves to tell me that that was going to have to charge me for the fries now as a manager atDenny's we made it a point that if we did something wrong to accommodate the customer some type of way by giving them apple pieor anything to keep a customer happy so I think the least they could have done was gave me my fries and my drink but they simplyrefused and wanted to charge me so I think that's poor service and I'll never go back there again
It's called a Sweet and Spicy Bacon burger so where is the bacon? This has happened twice here. Come on now get some quality control people to check orders. But still my favorite burger place so still 4 stars but next time bacon please.
The wait at the drive thru was extreme and when we got to the window, we figured if every customer had the same issue with their order being wrong as we did it made sense. We didn't get the right drinks but we settled because we were tired of waiting. Thenwe realized we had hashbrowns with no taquitos so we had to ask for them. We didn't get the extra sauce we ordered for thebuffalo chicken and we didn't get ANY ketchup for our two large orders of fries and our kids chicken strips. When we asked forwhat was missing it took forever to get to us. I usually don't complain, but this was completely unacceptable in my opinion.
