Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC - El Cajon

Very poor experience here- came for birthday lunch and was disappointed. Food took just under 60 minutes after we had ordered it, then the ?seafood boil? should be renamed to ?seafood fry? as it was literally swimming in inches of oil. Server was uninterested in being there- never checked in on us, never offered refills, didn?t even bring plates for the appetizer. Asked for a manager and then that took 15 more minutes after which we got a ?employee discount? on the whole meal only covering one dish). Absolutely pathetic- stay away from here!

Don?t come to eat in this location!!! it?s a Disgusting place to eat. Our server Gabriel was extremely rude to us, PLEASE don?t have him as a server he?s extremely unprofessional! Our food wasn?t good at all, me and my whole family got food poisoning. It seems like it?s a common thing here in this location by what people tell me and even by the reviews.Hire management that cares enough to address these things on the spot and make them right with the consumers. Everything is extremely filthy! Our utensils were dirty, I didn?t see one server cleaning the tables and chairs, I would even see the servers on their phones, even when I went to the bathroom there were employees smoking something on the restrooms. I have been to this restaurant many times, and it?s always a disappointment

I?ve eaten here twice before. And I tried a third time thinking third times the charm. But no matter what I?ve always gotten food poisoning from this restaurant. Not any other red lobster but this specific one. I used to try to take my girl out here for anniversaries and special occasions but this past time we made it 3 hours after we left the restaurant before we were both having ?complications?. I can guarantee that this restaurant cooks expired food to save a quick buck. the quality of the food wasn?t good either. But they do have a great wait staff.

Went to Red Lobster for casual dining. Place and tables were very clean. We were attended by server right away. Food was delicious, recommend calamari as a starter. Shrimp skewers and coconut shrimp were also delicious! Will definitely be coming back.

Biscuit here is really yummy The seafood with sausage is rich but delicious I like the way they present the dish
