I stopped eating at McDonald's years ago and I went there today not remembering why...but then it was brought back to my memory. They don't care about good customer experiences because everyone eats there and they don't have to, just because you had a bad experience I don't think it means anything to them. This time and the last time I went to this same McDonald's, I ordered a Filet-O-fish and a small French fries and look at the fries I got....which was my same exact complaint the last time...but what do they care I am just one person of many. I've learned my lesson this time, I will not give them my hard earned money any more.
Well bought a double cheeseburger extra pickles On my lunch break with a small order of fries well done and was my fries well done nope!! Had soft cold fries My burger was burnt looking tasted like old dry meat the worse part about this visit was that the time I went wasn?t even busy poor service only thing we enjoyed was ice cream cones that?s it this location sucks!!!
Missing items and condiments. Says they offer table delivery but had to pick-up our food, after having to clean our table, and taking/placing our own order.
They had me waiting 35 min for a simple cheeseburger happy meal. They gave everyone else they're order even tho I was there before a lot of other cars. On top of that, they missed the fries. Never going back to that McDonald?s again.
Every time I come I get parked. Weather I order a drink or food. I?m cool with it if my food is gonna be fresh, but nope it comes out cold, half full and they taste old. Do better guys, really.
