McDonald's - El Cajon

The worst Mcdonalds in the world, let me pay from the car ride thru, and they took hella long they smelled really bad and did not want to serve even for a basket of Pommes

Worst Drive thru in El Paso.... rose to the ordering place and no one visited us... 4 cars moved on the other side....Food: 3/5

Had a mobile order at 0100 . Very simple order not busy at all. Food was thrown out of wrapper in bag. Fries were pulled out of Bin and covered in frit. I asked for fresh fries and refused. I asked for a refund and said I didn't know how. The restaurant had garbage on half tables. Staff are sitting in the dining area with friends or anyone. I myself as a restaurant owner was very disturbing. Don't get back to this.

I was at McDonald’s on 12/10/22 at 1:30, when I had a very unpleasant experience with a manager named Jessica. I don't know if she gave me the right name, but this employee was sarcastic, rude and aggressive. I teach middle school children and I have to say that I have seen more maturity in my students. I had to go through the drive thru but had to go in. Needless to say that I really didn't want the employee layer manager to put on a show for their employees, but she insisted to be bad. If it wasn't for my own 10 years old, I would never feel that they have to give my business to McDonalds. I guess you'll get what you're paying for.

This location is no good always stale fries. They never have ice cream and the food is over seasoned. Customer service is always bad. No respect or manners. Will not recommend. F-Food: 1/5
