I said I was willing to pay for the right one. Instead they had me park, wait a bit then they brought out THE SAME SANDWICH with the same Spicy sauce only this time they threw in the lettuce and tomato. The whole point is NOT to have the spicy.I get it we're tired, but it's NOT the same thing. I left and I know which McDonald's sucks. C'mon Sunland Park.
They’re always trying their best and are always on top of things even during a rush, I put an order in during a rush hour and it was done timely and perfectly, they should get paid more if at least for their kind customer service ?
Standard McDonald's service. No major issues other than a delay waiting for an iced coffee. Staff were friendly. Wouldn't have any problem returning.
I go here all the time, since it’s one of my pregnancy cravings but lately they have been doing a terrible job. They somehow don’t hear what you say, make the food wrong and catch attitude. Then take the food back and fix it. It’s supposed to go in the trash and you get a new one. This use to be the best McDonald’s but not anymore, especially Night Shift.
This place is a disorganized disaster. Ordering is hit or miss. If you're the only person in line its find, if you're not good luck. In the drive thru? Don't go to the outside lane when they're busy. There's a 50/50 chance you'll sit there yelling at the speaker and nobody will answer. If you're sitting there for more than 30 seconds just pull up to the window, because they're ignoring your existence. Then they take forever to get your order. I understand you can be busy but it seems more like the people taking orders are confused, you pull up to the window and see two people at the register. When you do get the order taken they're constantly getting mixed up with what order belongs to who. That mix up seems to spill over to the people handing out orders, because it seems like they have to fix the screwups and it slows down the process of them handing your order. Sometimes you'll get your food and you know its been sitting there in the bag for a few minutes.
