Przekaż informację zwrotnąWhile I have witnessed some of the lax customers service that others have complained about at Logans, I'm not sure they deserve a 2 average rating though. I myself have witnessed the employees standing around and chatting and slow service at the bar. BUT, the kitchen has always really come through for me with fast delicious food. When I am visiting El Paso, it is usually just me at Logan's, so I opt for no waiting at the bar. I usually have my mug of beer while waiting for my food. Honestly, most of the time, the food came out so fast, I've hardly had a chance to drink my beer! This last visit, I had a Ribeye steak. And just like my last visit, it was perfectly cooked, delicious and seasoned better than most other places I've been. In addition, I have been to other middle-of the road steakhouses that charged $50-$70.00 for the same steak. It's nice enjoying dinner without breaking the bank! My meal came with a Caesar salad and baked potato, both very good! I even added grilled shrimp to give my meal a surf and turf flair! I didn't finish my steak, so bought an extra baked potato to take home and had a second delicious meal to enjoy later! Last, I decided to take their peach cobbler home to my wife. OMG, it was so good! One recommendation there. When I ordered it to go, they did not include the ice cream that was supposed to come with it. I asked the server and was told that it would just melt. Yes, of course it will if you place it on top of the hot cobbler! I asked if they would place it in a separate Styrofoam container and they accommodated my request. And, it did make it home freezing cold 25 minutes later, even in the midst of summer. I would recommend the severs offer that option in the future rather just excluding the ice cream without the customers knowledge. I'm really glad that I asked for it. That was the best meal that I've had in a looooong time! Oh, and to be fair, I have seen other chain steakhouses there with 2-star reviews. I don't get it! Thanks for a great meal Logan's!
Terrible. Where do I begin? Ordered the steak cooked to 'medium '. Received it at well done, over cooked (see pic). The baked sweet potato was burned in the inside so I couldn 't even eat the skin of the potato. Lastly, this was a pickup order. When I called from the parking lot to confirm at designated pick up time, the employee who answered told me it would be 20 more minutes; even though it had already been 30 minutes since I ordered online. I called a second time and the person that picked up the phone was giggling then put the phone on hold. When they did answer again, they told me it would still be 20 minutes because there are a lot of orders ahead of mine. Lo and behold, I went inside and within 1 minute of me notifying the front I was there for my order, they brought it out immediately. I will never return to this location. Not impressed with the food or the unprofessional customer service.
Ribs were ok. Caesar salad didn't have croutons. Baked potato wasn't cooked ordered it loaded, literally 3 pieces and small pieces of bacon on it Not enough cheese to make a sandwich, but the Diet Coke tasted ok.
I would give ZERO stars. Worst experience ever!!! We walked in after being on the road for 12 hours and no one greeted us or bothered acknowledging us. Several employees saw us and walked the opposite way. After this happened FOUR times, we left. So rude! We went the Cheddars instead. Very disappointing because they closed our local Logan's and we wanted to eat here very much. Your loss. No wonder y'all are closing locations.
Service was ok, but drinks were too sweet and no alcohol, Mac and cheese wasn't cheesy, and steaks were ordered medium well and they were dry and over-cooked. Worst part is it was later in the evening so they weren't crowded.
