I walked in at 7:10 on New Years Eve. There was a man with a sour look on his face. I told him table for one. He said we close at 8:00 and there are no tables. He say me at the bar. There were three tables available. Turns out he was the manager named Nacho. Good was raw. I ordered a medium well Ribeye. I spent $46.00 there. Worst experience of my life. Will never go nack

Shame on you! Jack and Peggy would turn over in their graves if they knew what you have done to this place. What happened to pride in your establishment? They raised the prices and lowered their standards. Avoid eating here! There are now a lot of decent places to get a steak in town.

Used to come to this place awhile ago, service was always excellent. Decided to bring my sister cause I had talked this place up based on previous visits years ago. So very disappointed, and service was terrible! Waitress seemed to forget we were sitting in her section. The place didn't have many customers that should've been a sign, 45 mins later we finally get sandwiches, food wasn't what expected. Will not be going back there at least not that location!

This place USED to be good. Now, it's just over priced!! I ordered a 3 meat burger and the sausage was burnt. I was charged $4 for putting extra Jalapeños. My buddy ordered a side order of fries and fries were very minimal but the price was hefty. I was only served 1 refill of tea as the waiter was very slow. There was nothing special about the food and certainly not worth the $27.46 price for a lunch burger meal. I would definitely reconsider coming here unless you are ok paying for mediocre food and service.

Caution!! If you ever feel like eating a great steak! DO NOT come to this place. Horrible experience, I ordered a T-Bone and it was spoiled. SPOILED. I complain and I get kicked out of the place. Yes. I walked around the restaurant telling people my experience and showing them the SPOILED T-Bone, because 10 seconds into my conversation with the supposed manager (Maria) she raised her voice to me and said I Could Do Whatever The Heck I Wanted. I Did!! She NEVER apologized, just plainly didn't care. Now you know where to go for a SPOILED T-Bone. Wacala!!!
