Bistro Sophie - Eindhoven

We went here for NYE dinner and it was such a great evening. I think the reviews and awards speak for themselves but this place truly is a must go for vegans. We even brought two people who had never had vegan food and all they could talk about was how impressed they were and that the food was delicious. The space is also really cosy vibes and has board games so it's really nice to order tea/wine after your meal and socialise further. Great date spot also!

We had a great evening with friends here. I didnt pay attention to the menu and let others decide what to order. I was pleasantly surprised. A really tasty vegan “snert” (pea soup , vegan kebab, vegan pizza, fresh salad, sauteed mushrooms, falafel (really good! and even the fries were above average.
