We have the Hushpuppies I forgot to make a picture of them, but they were really good and the pizza. Aleea was our server and she was so sweet and pleasant. She made our stay even better and there was live music while visiting. It was an amazing decision to go to this restaurant and would definitely come back when we ever visit.
We dropped in here early on New Years Eve 2021 for a drink and an appetizer. Do not judge this book by the cover. We were pleasantly surprised upon walking in the place and being greeted by the owner Shaena Muldoon. Taylor, our bartender, was incredible; she was so friendly. I would definitely visit again to have a full meal and talk with Taylor again.
We were invited to the Holiday High Tea event and I have to say I?m so glad we came! This is one of the sweetest off the beaten path venues I?ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff is super friendly. The food is amazing. The selection of teas was vast. The atmosphere is quaint. There?s even a little gift shop next door! I love how they preserved the history of the old building, right down to the woodwork, but gave it a fun little spin by turning it into a restaurant. Looking at it from the outside, I thought it would be really cramped seating but was pleasantly surprised by how open and spacious the place was. If you?re looking for a unique experience, try this place. An added bonus is the scenic drive through the mountains to get there.
It was an amazing restaurant. On the outside it looks like a hole in the wall. Inside is five star foods. Fresh local food and menu which switches with great regularity. I had incredible rabbit dumplings.
We've visited twice now and both times got the same amazing meal a giant, perfectly cooked steak. Over two hour drive from where we live but still entirely worth it. If that steak were a person, I'd call it late at night and hang up.
