Jimmy's Hilltop Ice Cream And Eatery

I had an unpleasant experience at Jimmy's Hilltop Ice Cream. The food and ice cream were terrible, and the service was incredibly rude. I had planned to feature them in my yearbook, but given the poor service, the only thing I can recommend is to avoid this place altogether!

I had a waffle cone with maple walnut. As good as it gets. I was the only person in line so I can’t speak to the service when it’s busy. For those complaining about the price you need to look at the prices at other shops with similar quality, there is nothing out of line with the prices here.

The staff here is extremely friendly, and the ice cream is delicious. The outdoor seating is clean and pleasant. Although it's a bit noisy next to the road, it doesn't take away from the overall experience.

The menu offers a fantastic variety of options, especially when it comes to ice creams. The vanilla soft serve is particularly smooth and delicious. Despite the warm evening and a line, the service was efficient. The two staff members who assisted us were both polite and friendly. Additionally, there's a lovely outdoor seating area, along with a space for kids to play nearby.

I always have a fantastic experience when I bring the kids here! The ice cream is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and patient.
