Dunkin' - Effingham

I just witnessed an employee preparing food grab a trash can while wearing her food prep gloves, and then immediately handle food afterward. She even attempted to hand me the bagel she made. I informed her and the counter employee that I saw what she did and chose to leave without my food. It was absolutely disgusting.

I make a 40-minute drive to get here, and I have no regrets at all! I visit about every other day, and my coffee drinks are consistently fantastic every time. An extra perk is that the staff is always so friendly!

This Dunkin' has excellent coffee that is usually consistent and flavorful. In the years I've been visiting, I've only had a couple of instances where my drink was incorrect or tasted a bit off. The drive-thru service is typically fast. One time, they weren't sure if my card had gone through, and instead of double charging me like many places do, they simply said that if it hadn't gone through, it would be on the house. I really appreciated that, as I've often had other places ask me to re-swipe my card, only to find that my account was charged twice.

Clean fast and the butter pecan iced coffee was amazingly good today.Yum????

I like the sourdough breakfast sandwich, but it comes with white cheddar cheese on it, and I do not like white cheddar. Every single time I have ordered this sandwich at this location, I have asked them to swap the white cheddar cheese with Americancheese.. and every single time.. they put white cheddar on it anyway. Ridiculous.
