How hard is it to put cheese on a steak and cheese sandwich

Put an online order and pay in advance about the app. we arrived about 10 minutes early, so we took a spot to wait, but let them know we were there for online order. our sandwiches began to be prepared about the time the online app said they should be ready what we didn't do because we knew they were busy. they were from the flesh we had ordered, so we had to choose something else we understand that the dinge pass and choose a different sandwich than replacement. the lady who made our sandwich leaned in to get the beats and her breast sat on the sandwich. I knew I didn't want to eat that for which we already paid. the knife was also wrapped in my sandwich and we had to inform the hired of it. we went out and we threw the sandwiches away and will now pay for another meal in another facility. unfortunately will not return to this place again.

The ladies proceeded to make online orders while lobby full of people. took them 20 min just to even start my sandwich. by the way im super hangry right now.... at the end she asked me if i wanted any extra stuff with my meal wich is custom i know...but i said not if your going to give a discount for the super poor service. nope just a crappy apology. i think the really biggest part that made me upset is she asked me what i want on my sandwich and when she put the wrong cheese on my sandwich she threw it back in the cheese container for someone else to have it on theirt sandwich .....gross.

It was very slow. Took about 35 min. To get my sub due to slow worker making the subs. They were taking call a head orders first before people standing in line.
