As usual, staff is attentive, human and knowledgeable. Chef circulated and spoke to guests. Large wine selection with enthusiastic and knowledgeable sommelier....

The food, service and ambience in this restaurant are all excellent. It's my favorite place in Vail for dinner.

The food is wonderful here. I've been multiple times and haven't been disappointed by anything I have ordered.

Easy waiting staff and hostess were just the beginning of our amazing lunch in Timber Hearth. All our meals were delicious and had nice presentation. A Must Go
