McDonald's - Edson

The restaurant served us food that should be been thrown out. Dried out cheeseburgers, nuggets and fries. The entire meal was horrible. Unfortunately too far down the highway towards Jasper to turn around.

We like the coffee,strawberry and blueberry danish,s and breakfast burrittoes , chicken nuggets,fries and ice cream sundas

On Friday I was driving back from Jasper with a convoy of 8 vans (we are group homes from Saskatoon, sk who took our youth camping for a week). We decided to go through the McDonald’s drive thru to be quick on our way back home. The staff in the windows were incredibly friendly and took the time to ask about our trip while we were waiting for our food. They were speedy and got us through in record time with smiles on their faces. The food was hot and fresh and the bathrooms were incredibly clean!

The latte was cold, the bun stale and no mayo placed in the junior chicken burger. No napkins provided. They seem to be skimping on all the small add ons......,.penny wise pound foolish I will not visit this MacDonalds again

If possible to give no stars I would. Waited 10 minutes to get to the counter with one customer in front of me. Then the stunned girl went off to play with the coffee machines .. after another 10 minutes I just left. I was on a time limited bus shuttle. Seriously in need of new staff.
