It puts some of the UK motorway establishments to shame. Ham & Chips or Duck & Chips, reasonably priced, presented nicely and tasted good. Goats cheese salad, I am reliably informed was also enjoyable. Make a pit stop, you won't be disappointed.
Friendly local staff, great cheap food. Basic but tasty quality and cheap. Local wine great too. If stopping in your caravan please spend some money as they have to pay the rent!
Very friendly, cafe/bar andlunch/dinner plates available. Also does take away and makes a good stop for camper vans as toilets and picnic area good too(please spend some money there as well!). Gwen in the kitchen and Marie-Noel are very efficient and make sure that you have a full meal.
Situated just off the D939. Clean, family friendly restaurant. Friendly staff. Simple, tasty, reasonably priced menu.
We stop here for a comfort break and it was also time for coffee. This is kind of motorway rest place with good toilet facilities and a café on site. We didn't expect a great deal from this place, but, Goodness me, we were pleasantly surprise. The coffee was good and strong. We also had a walnut tart - a local specialty - and it was delicious. It wasn't made on site and I wished I had asked where they got it from. The pastry was thin and crispy and the filling was absolutely yummy. The tart cost the princely sum of 2.5 euro !! I have had far worse tarts in much more expensive places. Besides snakcs, you can have proper meals there. Alas it was only time for our elevenses, so didn't try their hot food. There is an outside terrace with a nice view of the rolling country side.
