For us, it was the perfect introduction to our trip, surpassing many so-called "fine" dining places we later visited. The lobster roll is outstanding, and it's definitely worth ordering it with fries. My friend tried the lobster club and loved it. I opted for the seafood chowder, which was fantastic—slightly cheesy, loaded with fresh seafood and vegetables, and featuring perfectly cooked potatoes. The prices are exceptionally reasonable for the quality of food you receive! Skip Tim’s and Subway; eat HERE instead!
Everyone gasped in disbelief when I mentioned that I had a lobster roll from a gas station for $14, but I have to say, it was an excellent lobster roll! The service was a bit slow, but it was the most affordable lobster roll I've ever had.
I stood in line for over 10 minutes (at 1930) with one person in front of me, with nobody behind the counter. When someone finally showed up they said they were closed for the night. Lights on, no signs saying they were closed. I was looking forward to trying the poutine...
I got the lobster poutine here and it has to be one of the worst things I’ve ever tried to eat. The fries were stale, there wasn’t much lobster and the gravy was more like a flavourless sludge. It cost $23 too! After a couple bites, I had no choice but to throw it out.
The best lobster rolls in Edmundston! Don’t be put off by the location; the service is excellent and the made-to-order food is authentic and delicious!
