Very nice discovery passing through Edmundston. We wanted to treat ourselves a little with some sweet things. Let's say that with their menu you are spoiled for choice. Our choice fell on the same one! Our curiosity was only for the red velvet pancakes and we were honestly not disappointed!!! Everything is there !!! In addition to impeccable service. Beautiful area ! I can't wait to go back to try something else. See you next time !

Despite what other reviews say, there aren't any true vegan breakfast options available here. Perhaps they removed them from the menu? For lunch, you can order an Impossible Burger without cheese or mayo, but for breakfast, the only choices are potatoes or fruit.

This was our first visit to a Pur and Simple, and it was fantastic! The restaurant was immaculate, with great decor. The staff was incredibly welcoming and polite, always ensuring we were well taken care of. And the food and coffee? Simply amazing! Everything is made from scratch, and they even squeeze their own orange juice. We had the Canadian breakfast, which was absolutely delicious—we left feeling completely full! I really wish we had one of these restaurants in PEI!
