Von's Steakhouse Oyster Bar - Edmonton

The entire ambiente was good. the service was also well terminated. eating was not almost on the price that is calculated and we waited almost 40 minutes to get our food. the cuddles were hard and didn't taste very good. the lobster was so over boiled, it was hard to chew. the main rib was hard and at least 1/3 of it was fat and unusable. While she discounts the main rib 30%, which was beautiful, we still felt disappointed by the price that was calculated in comparison to the quality of the food.

My friend and I have reserved for our jubilee. Eating and service was excellent! they really went out of their way to make our jubilee special and unforgettable. our server was very helpful and attentive and very understandable when it was about trying different oysters. a truly extraordinary experience!

They always enjoy dinner at the same time. the owner and the waiting staff make them welcome, eating is consistent and tasty, and it is a fun evening.

My wife and I have booked dinner for our 27th anniversary and were very disappointed. we ordered every starter. my came first and I had time to finish it before my wife got her muscles. a few minutes after she received her appetizers, our main courses arrived. they brought them back to the kitchen for 15 minutes. the people next to us had ordered the same appetizers and the kitchen brought it to me instead, so he never got his. our eating was so long under the heat lamp dry. bill was 200.00 waitress never came back to ask how our meals were and even though her recipeist had asked to confirm that we came and asked if it was a special occasion, nothing was mentioned in the restaurant. very disappointing for a 200.00 dinner gilles aubin
