Przekaż informację zwrotnąone of the worst restaurant for Indian food, Spoiled Tandoori Chicken. Except for Naan roti nothing is fresh, stale food no taste at all. Instead of changing the names of the restaurant they would have changed the chef. I did visit the Moksha and Indian Village restaurants earlier but they were a little better.
This is my daughters and my favorite Indian restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and food is very good. They have a buffet that is excellent and also a menu you can order from. They even make me a dish that isn't on their menu when I request it. I highly recommend.
Very friendly, very accommodating to allergies and the food is great! Fresh cooked/baked with a decent variety. Been very pleased every time we go.
When I came to Canada I knew there are very few good restaurants here who serves Indian food. Moksha is one of the good Indian restaurant. I found food is very good and prices are also not much.
I have eaten at Moksha on 34th ave in Edmonton for years, about once a year. I went there for an anniversary dinner with my wife in March. The buffet features an array of dishes, sauces of different types for all tastes. Well, I was enjoying a dish, rice and sauce, when I bit down on a pit that was, as it turned out, part of the spice to the sauce. Well, I now have a broken molar. My dentist has quoted me $1500.00 to put a cap on it, as too much of the tooth is gone. At the moment it happened (spitting out the tooth on the table and a pit) a waitress was walking by. She immediately asked if everything was all right. I explained about the tooth. She immediately fetched the manager. When he came to the table and I explained what had happened, his first reaction was to pick-up the pit and my tooth. I was shocked at that and told him to not touch the tooth. He asked if there was anything he could do. Well, I was bewildered by the whole situation. I don’t believe he had a dental degree so I said “No” He walked away. Still bewildered, my comment to my wife was “the guy wouldn’t even comp my meal! After speaking to my dentist I called the restaurant to make them aware I want them to cover the tooth repair. The first person I spoke to said he was the owner. Then retracted that after I explained why I was calling. And would not give his name at all. Then I received a call back from another person claiming to be the owner of the restaurant. I explained my situation. Asked if he was going to cover the $1500.00 or give me your insurance companies name. He told me he would need a few days and wanted to speak to the owner. What??? So after a month I haven’t heard form any one and can’t get through to them. Be warned if you’re going to this restaurant.
