Tokyo Express - Edmonton

Prices are really good Restaurant is clean. Food was okay, not as fresh as I was hoping. Service was quick. I was asked to tip but they didn't offer any extra service not even taking the food out to my table so I didn't understand why I was tipping It's okay for quick Asian food fix, cheaper than most Asian places.

The meal at this Tokyo Express was mediocre, with rice and beef that were unusually soggy. We ordered a bento box with chicken and beef. The staff was friendly and efficient when taking our orders, but the service afterwards was disappointing. We waited for over 15 minutes for our food, and when I inquired at the 10-minute mark, I was told it would be coming soon. While eating, we observed two Asian employees entertaining a female friend with her computer, preparing a large meal and soup in the store's mixing bowl and serving a plate of fried noodles. This could possibly explain the delay in our order.

Great sushi. Nice clean friendly environment. We had the onion cakes, salmon roll and mini california roll and everything was wonderful

I ordered food from here through Skip and was amazed at the portions that I got for the price. I am so used to paying high prices for small portions that I admittedly ordered too much food! Haha. The value here is unbeatable from my experience. The only issue I had is that the flavour was not up to par with most other sushi restaurants that I have frequented in the past. If you want to fill up on sushi for a low price, this is the place to get food. If you want high quality sushi, maybe not.

I've had better sushi but for the location and price not bad
