Tim Hortons - Edmonton

Worst location I've ever been to. Without fail anytime I go here they make me park out front, it's a drive thru for a reason. They also make you pay for bags now and I buy a bag everytime but somehow I've only ever gotten one bag. They never give me the bag I pay for.

We love this locationEdit: I'll change this back to 5 stars once you fix the employee headsets. I can't hear them to communicate at the drive thru.

I asked for extra cream cheese lol..and the girl working the window was so rude, she was laughing and giggling while I was trying to order.

Fast, friendly and love getting breakfast from this location. : ?Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids to chill with mom and dad and have a good saturday breakfast!

They don’t deserve even one star. They are too slow. All the staff is working at the drive-thru. On the front side, they have just one staff. Whenever there is a big line. They just ignore the customers. I suggest you please hire more staff and don't waste customers' time. for them, it's just a joke. They don't value the customer's time. I was standing in line they were just gossiping with each other. Worst experience!
