Tiffin India's Fresh Kitchen - Edmonton

Tried tiffin for the first time and food is average. I do not think they claim to be authentic but definitely too sweet for Indian taste.

Good for sharing. Got 3 sides and rice with 2 different Naan in a combo with Tawa Fry fish. The food was good and fish was awesome. Really loved the Tawa fry idea(Not Deep oil fried fish). This is similar to subs or a chinease restaurant. You just pick what you want and they just pack it right away from their hot counter. Tried their location in 50st as well and i really liked the food. Fast and fresh. Rating 10/10 Spend- 63.86

I loved my experience here. The food was good. Lots of flavor, but not overwhelming flavors. Naan was fantastic. Lots of Gluten Free and Dairy Free/Vegan options. Service was wonderful and the staff were very accommodating to dietary issues, even pointing out options for next time as we left. It is a counter service restaurant, but the kitchen was in full view and very clean.

Had been here for lunch before and didn't really enjoy it. Had the butter chicken with rice and it wasn't that good. Thought I'd give them another chance and this time had the two item meal. This time I had the butter chicken which again wasn't particularly good but I also had the chicken vindaloo which was fantastic. It was actually really spicy and very tasty. The two item meal comes to $16.80 and is rather large so it's a good price. I wish you could change the rice to naan bread but you can't without paying extra. I didn't think I would go back but now if I'm in the area and need a quick meal I would definitely go again but don't bother with the butter chicken.
