The Best !!! I had been to the manning location,loved the food especially the spicy ceaser wrap just the way I requested and the salad was fresh with a good portion which filled me up.Staff is friendly too and catered well to my requests.

The staff at this restaurant lack proper training and have limited English proficiency. Rather than providing good service, they seem more interested in taking advantage of customers and making them feel uncomfortable. My order was incorrect and when I requested a refund, it was refused. I ordered a tuna sandwich but the cashier gave me two, claiming that was what I asked for, even though I had only asked for one. She raised her voice at me in front of other customers and insisted that she had confirmed my order for two sandwiches, which she had not. When I tried to explain the miscommunication, she ignored me and complained to other customers about my supposed rudeness. It was a terrible experience and I will not be returning. Customers should not tolerate businesses like this and should demand better professionalism.

Today, I had the worst service ever at this restaurant. The lady cheated on the ingredients, gave small portions, and charged high prices. She also didn't follow specific instructions, which could have been dangerous due to food allergies. My son could have ended up in the hospital if he had eaten it without checking. It took her a long time to make just one meal, and at 5 o'clock, I had to leave because she didn't know how to use the register and couldn't make a wrap the way I always order it. I was really angry and disappointed.

I have been a regular at this restaurant since it first opened, so I can easily notice any changes. The customer service is still great, but I have noticed that the portion sizes have gotten smaller and I only receive half the amount of sauce that I used to get for the same price. I am not sure if I will continue to choose this location as my go-to option for chopped leaf.
