Swiss Chalet - Edmonton

Love the gluten free chicken and sauce. Service was very accommodating. No dessert for me as there wasn't anything I could eat. Not even ice cream and the floors were very sticky on the way to the washroom.Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease.

Tried three times to order take-out at this location for two full size dinners w/ sides, but the Swiss Chalet Call Center dropped/disconnected our phone calls twice and never placed our order. Contacted Swiss Chalet Customer Service for an explanation, but although they logged our calls they take no responsibility for the deficiencies and inadequacies of their Call Center. With this incredibly poor level of customer service, why would anyone ever order from Swiss Chalet again when every grocery store nearby sells hot-to-go rotisserie chicken just as good for significantly less ? An excellent way to lose business and customers.

I’m hoping we just caught them on a bad day. The floors were sticky, the fried foods were seconds shy of burnt, the service was slow, the cold drinks were lukewarm, and the water pitcher was either not properly cleaned or older than Adam.I expect much more from Swiss Chalet and I have been to much better locations in this chain.I am giving two stars because I have seen worse restaurants and we didn’t get sick.

Always a good time when visiting Swiss Chalet. As this was my first time visiting this location, I'll need to return for sure as the service was amazing.Had the pleasure of being waited on by Ani who was so wonderful. She was truly appreciative of our business and catered to our every whim. Just wow!If you're looking for good value, great food and a friendly environment, this is a place one should visit!Parking: More than sufficient areas to park.

Finding a gluten-free meal was easy. The staff were polite and informed about the food. The food was very delicious.
