Subway - Edmonton

Today, I went to order a footlong teriyaki chicken sandwich on Italian white bread. As soon as the male staff member cut the bread, he went straight to the beef meat tray and started using the same scoop for the teriyaki chicken. I asked him to please change the scoop because I don't eat beef, but he ignored me and continued using the same scoop to remove the leftover beef from the chicken. I became upset and told him to cancel the order, as I no longer wanted it. He said he would change the scoop, but I told him not to because he had already mixed beef and chicken together. This is not the first time I have experienced this at this location; they do not change their gloves and serve multiple customers without care for allergies and cultural preferences. I will be advising customers to pay attention when their sandwiches are being made, as you never know what they are serving you or what may end up in your belly, potentially causing health issues or triggering allergies.

The customer service at this restaurant is fantastic! Despite having to order 6 subs and holding up the line a bit, the staff were very understanding and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this location, 10/10.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a male employee at this restaurant. I walked in on New Year's Eve at 5:30 pm, even though they close at 8:00. I asked for a platter, which is essentially 5 subs, because I couldn't call ahead - the phone number listed was actually a fax line. The employee was extremely rude in his response, stating that he couldn't make it in a very disrespectful manner. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. This was a clear display of poor customer service. Subway, you need to address the behavior of your staff. It was a very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing that I have to wait an entire hour for ONE footlong sub to be made!!

I ordered from skip the dishes. I order steak and cheese there was 3 pieces in the whole sub. Disappointing and skip said subway would not give a refund. I have a picture not sure how to post
