Second Cup - Edmonton

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, as they did not honor the points promised for referring a friend. Despite multiple emails and unhelpful responses from customer service, I attempted to claim my rewards. Overall, I will not be returning and will be warning others about the poor treatment I experienced from their customer service team.

The restaurant has very bad management. The bathroom appears to have been neglected and was not cleaned recently. It seems like the floors were washed with dirty water. Additionally, there is always a shortage of clean cups available.

I had a great flat white at this restaurant. It was quiet, but had a scary atmosphere. The server was very nice. The location was good, so I will definitely be back. My spouse had a Christmas bar.

I love second cup coffee and the delicious treats baked by The Italian Centre. This café is owned and operated by a charming family that first started and expanded with a second cup in Callingwood to add this place. The staff is warm and friendly and ready to go the extra mile. Coffee is tasteful and the selection of dishes is delicious. I'll visit this place when I'm in the area.

Easy to find on the route into Edmonton at 34 Ave makes for an easy location to meet on the south side. Never rushed to leave. Some comfortable chairs, but mainly regular tables and chairs. Stools at the window bar. Patio is not much as the view is the traffic, but still outside... This location seams to regularly have key lime cheese cake, and red velvet cake...
