Sam Wok Restaurant - Edmonton

The food is tasty with very generous portions. We got takeaway ginger beef, war wonton soup and Shanghai noodles and all were fresh and good quality. Owner/hostess was really friendly. The dining room is in need of a makeover but it has those cool round tables with the spinning center which are always fun. Still prefer takeout here tho.

Authentic Chinese, great value, great taste, great food No fancy decor, just great food. Will definitely go back

Ordered for 6 got at 5.20 but really great hot food ,delivered to our hotel room.will order again not too exspensive but on line menu prices didnt add up to my adding but we were happy with the amount and quanity ,quality of food

My first experience with authentic. I ordered sweet and sour pork with fried rice neither was what I was used to. my partner had the special fried rice which had chicken, shrimp and various veggies in it. He loved It and I tried it and it was very good. Green tea was served. No liquor license.

This restaurant has been around for a long time and was located a few blocks north of its present location. The restaurant opens I think at 10am and closes at midnight. The food is pretty good and the portions are also very good. We ordered some spicy pork chops, Singapore noodle and a mix rice dish of deep fried Garupa sliced bbq pork and tofu (bean cake). It all tasted very good and the pork chop was indeed a pork chop with a bone, some places will give you get a pork chop cut from a boneless pork.
